• Duties include but are not limited to vital signs (pre and post treatment, as applicable), hygiene support, toileting support, mobility support, nutrition support, bathing support, charting, and other activities of daily living as needed.

• Reports any unusual changes or findings to the nurse.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
