Requirements

What you’ll need

New graduate nurse eligible for the December 2026 cohort
GPA of 3.0 or higher in an accredited nursing program
Completion of a nursing degree from an accredited program
BSN preferred
Current Texas RN license or temporary permit
BLS Certification from American Heart Association
External applicants require a BSN except for Northeast, Sugar Land, Southeast, and Pearland locations, where ADN applicants are accepted
Internal ADN and BSN candidate applications at participating Memorial Hermann campuses will be considered
Applicants must specify a unit of choice from the listed specialties for their selected location
Current resume required upon application
Letters of recommendation optional
