• Build a structured performance and feedback system with clear cycles and transparent standards
• Develop career paths across all roles in the company and design and coordinate training and development offerings aligned with key development areas
• Design holistic, conceptual, and scalable onboarding and offboarding processes (including a buddy system and re-boarding)

Head of People & Culture

• As head of the HR team (currently three people), you will actively shape the entire employee lifecycle – from the first application through onboarding and development to exit.
• You will attract top talent for the company's current growth phase and establish recruiting as a strategic lever for business success.
• Together with management, you will continue to develop the HR strategy while remaining very hands-on – which also means, for example, conducting active search yourself.

Team Lead, People & Culture

• You will work in the Chief People Office closely with the divisional leadership and in direct proximity to the Chief People Officer, supporting both strategic and operational matters
• You will contribute to a variety of projects with changing focuses and take responsibility for structured implementation—particularly in HR with regard to organization, processes and digitalization, but also at the executive level
• You will proactively drive topics within the Chief People Office, structure complex issues and independently manage subprojects—from conceptual development through to implementation

• You build structured, scalable onboarding processes: new team members should be productive from day one, feel well integrated immediately, and be set up to grow quickly.
• You think strategically: Which skills do we need in which teams? How can we become more efficient through smart tools and processes?
• You conduct feedback and development conversations to ensure our people continue to grow.
• You strengthen our culture — witty, energetic, authentic — by organizing team events and bringing in new ideas.
• You handle the basics — leave requests, preparatory payroll tasks, etc. — but we are automating these step by step. This will remain a minimal part of your work.

• Own the Berlin office day to day: facilities, supplies, health and safety, guest access, room bookings, snacks and the things that make the office a great place to work
