About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Location: Munich, hybrid (2 days/week in the office, remainder remote)
Fixed-term contract until the end of February 2028
30–40 hours per week
The role reports directly to the VP People & Organization and is primarily focused on Germany.
You are a core member of our People Operations team and, together with the existing People Operations Manager, ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
You will take ownership of specific areas of responsibility, drive them forward independently, and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.
You are a reliable point of contact for colleagues on operational HR matters and ensure a professional employee experience.
You are responsible for operational tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding, independently and with care.
You prepare contracts, addenda and similar documents and ensure data quality in our HR system.
You handle compliance topics such as data protection, maternity protection and related areas in close coordination with more experienced colleagues in the team and internal partners.
You take on and lead projects with scope for your own input within our P&O OKRs and drive the further development of our processes through the use of technology, in particular AI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable field, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
At least 4 years of professional experience in operational HR, preferably in a dynamic environment with hybrid or remote working.
Solid knowledge across all classic areas of operational HR, including onboarding, contract management, preparation of employment references, preparatory payroll tasks, BEM (occupational reintegration management) and offboarding, as well as German labor and social security law.
Basic knowledge of using AI tools in an HR context.
Independent, structured way of working and high attention to detail.
Discretion and reliability.
Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written.
