• The role reports directly to the VP People & Organization and is primarily focused on Germany.
• You are a core member of our People Operations team and, together with the existing People Operations Manager, ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
• You will take ownership of specific areas of responsibility, drive them forward independently, and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.
• You are a reliable point of contact for colleagues on operational HR matters and ensure a professional employee experience.
• You are responsible for operational tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding, independently and with care.
• You prepare contracts, addenda and similar documents and ensure data quality in our HR system.
• You handle compliance topics such as data protection, maternity protection and related areas in close coordination with more experienced colleagues in the team and internal partners.
• You take on and lead projects with scope for your own input within our P&O OKRs and drive the further development of our processes through the use of technology, in particular AI.

People Operations Manager

Sales

• We are looking for a senior commercial leader to own the B2B business for C-Pro in Belgium — and grow it.
• Drive growth in independent pet retail — C-Pro's core channel — and expand key account relationships with Belgium's leading pet retail chains.
• Lead the Flanders market expansion — C-Pro is strong in Wallonia and underrepresented in Flanders.
• Building the Flemish customer base is a strategic priority and a measurable mandate for this role.
• Grow and develop the breeder network: 1,000+ active breeders are a strategic asset that needs dedicated attention and a clear growth plan.
• Set the customer strategy: who to prioritise, who to grow, who to deprioritise.
• Define the B2B channel strategy across independent pet retail, key accounts, and the breeder channel — aligned with brand positioning.
• Negotiate customer terms, pricing, payment targets, and contracts.
• Build and manage a complete customer pipeline.
• Lead and develop the C-Pro sales team: 4 Sales Representatives and 1–2 Inbound Sales, with scope to expand into Key Account Management and Trade Marketing over time.
• Coach, enable, and grow your people — this is a development role, not just a management role.
• Build a performance-oriented, autonomous team culture with scalable processes aligned to group standards.
• Own trade marketing for C-Pro — plan and execute promotions, POS measures, and retail co-marketing activities.
• Shape and build trade marketing capability for the brand; strong growth potential in this area.
• Execute product launches in Belgium: customer listings, price lists, launch communication, and customer mobilisation.
• Feed demand signals to SCM proactively — new listings, promotions, forecasts — on time, every time.

AI Engineer

• We are looking for a visionary engineer with an "Automation First" mindset who will rethink our core processes and make our systems landscape smarter.
• Analyze our central value streams (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g., reducing cycle times and error rates).
• Build predictive monitoring and "self-healing" mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they occur.
• Develop systems for automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets to reduce the team's manual workload.
• Build reusable automation services and provide them to the whole company via our internal AI platform (ChatAPV).
• Act as the technical sparring partner for business units and product owners to unlock automation potential across the organization.

ERP Automation, AI Engineer

Strategy

• You will independently own workstreams in our M&A processes, investor communications and key strategic initiatives for the CEO, CFO and Advisory Board.
• M&A sourcing & pipeline management: maintain and further develop our M&A pipeline, perform structured evaluations of new targets, and conduct outreach and banker calls.
• Project management for acquisition processes: manage the due-diligence and legal documentation streams — including independently conducting Commercial Due Diligence, from analysis to the final decision paper for management and the Advisory Board.
• Responsibility for post-closing integration planning and the PMO — including tracking value levers, synergies and milestones.
• Corporate Finance: support the structuring and execution of our acquisition financings (equity and debt) in close collaboration with our CFO.
• Investor Relations: professional management of our shareholder group — including monthly investor reporting and communication to our Advisory Board.
• Strategy & CEO/CFO support: independently handle strategic special projects for the CEO and CFO — e.g., market-entry and portfolio questions, make-or-buy cases, and preparation of decision papers and presentations for our shareholders.
• AI enablement: actively use and further develop our AI workflows in analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Mentoring: provide technical leadership and onboarding for our working students and interns in the team.
