• To support our international sales cluster, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) to assist our Sales team and help build continuous international Trade Marketing.
• You will work closely with the International Sales team and primarily support recurring, process-related and organizational tasks.
• These tasks include maintaining and updating the central Brand Hub and assisting with the further development of the SharePoint structure.
• Performing quality checks and ensuring a consistent structure and naming conventions.
• Regular uploading of assets (e.g., product images, brochures, sales materials) and support with trade show and POS materials for our international partners.
• Organizing merchandising requests and coordinating requirements with the international Sales teams.
• Maintaining updates in SharePoint and creating basic text and email templates.
• Preparing small quarterly overviews of asset and cluster usage, collecting feedback and deriving small optimization suggestions.

Chief of Staff – D2C

AI Engineer

• We are looking for a visionary engineer with an "Automation First" mindset who will rethink our core processes and make our system ecosystem smarter.
• Analyze our central value streams (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay), develop the automation roadmap, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g., reducing cycle times and error rates).
• Build predictive monitoring and self-healing mechanisms for our critical interfaces to resolve issues before they occur.
• Develop systems for automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets, reducing the manual workload for the team.
• Create reusable automation services and expose them to the entire company via our internal AI platform (ChatAPV).
• Act as the technical sparring partner for business units and product owners to uncover automation potential across the organization.

ERP Automation, AI Engineer

Procurement

• You are a member of our Supply Chain Management team and lead the SCM Inbound team (operational procurement) while taking responsibility for the defined KPIs
• Together with your team you optimize the supply chain from our suppliers to our warehouse locations
• As a Supply Chain specialist you focus on inventory management and identify the optimal balance between effort and benefit
• In addition, you work closely with our logistics service providers, freight forwarders and other internal teams to optimize the supply chain holistically
• You are also responsible for projects to optimize existing processes

Team Lead, Operational Procurement – SCM Inbound

Data Analyst

• Support the development of a company-wide culture of reporting excellence
• Contribute to tasks within the analytics roadmap and support AI initiatives
• Maintain and develop dashboards — from simple visualizations to more complex representations
• Update and refine existing business reports and LookML components
• Support backend improvements by taking on LookML or structural tasks
• Provide guidance to business units to derive actionable insights from existing data
• Support the Analytics & Reporting Excellence cluster in establishing a company-wide reporting standard
