• Your primary responsibility is to act as my direct partner to ensure the operational excellence of our D2C unit.

• Transform our all-hands meetings from mere updates into motivating, strategic events by not only collecting content but shaping it into a compelling narrative.
• Lead our OKR processes and ensure goals are clearly defined, progress is precisely tracked, and results are transparently communicated so the entire organization stays on course.
• Act as my central anchor point: prepare my meetings before and after and ensure a smooth flow of information to my main interfaces.
• Take ownership of defined projects and run them with the highest precision from A to Z — you are the guarantor that approved initiatives become delivered results on time.

Accountant

• Support the accounting team with all tasks related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processing and dunning/collections
• Take care of various daily bookkeeping tasks
• Help ensure the timely completion of our monthly and annual financial statements and take responsibility for smaller projects within our finance team
• Act as a point of contact for other departments on accounting matters

Digital Marketing

• Support our WOLFSBLUT brand team in online marketing — with a visible impact on the shop and campaigns
• Create and maintain campaign and product pages in our online shop — with a focus on user experience and conversion
• Work closely with Design & Graphics to implement banners, ads and campaign creatives
• Set up voucher codes, promotions and special deals and monitor their performance
• Contribute content ideas, assist with community management and support analyses
• Help with performance tracking (e.g., traffic, conversion) and learn how we make data-driven decisions

• Support our Chief Brand Officer and Brand Directors in making data-driven decisions across our brand portfolio
• Partner with the CBO and Brand Directors on P&L analyses, ROI modelling, and financial reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track brand and marketing performance (e.g. CAC, CLV, ROAS, brand equity metrics)

• Steuerung externer Service-Partner durch Anforderungsmanagement, On-/Offboarding, SLA-Überwachung, Qualitätssicherung, Abnahmen und Eskalationsmanagement
• Erarbeitung von Standards, Runbooks und Checklisten für Service Delivery und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Dokumentation, Prozessen und Schnittstellen

• Du führst regelmäßig Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppenanalysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen für unser Sortiment ab
