Operations

• Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betriebs – vom Arbeitsplatz bis zur Infrastruktur
• Benutzer- und Geräteverwaltung, Softwareverteilung, Patch- und Asset-Management, Backups sowie Troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)

• Du steuerst den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess: von der ersten Idee über Marktanalysen, Konzepterstellung, Lieferantenrecherche, Designentwicklung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Produkteinführung
• Du stellst sicher, dass alle rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen eingehalten werden – insbesondere lebensmittelrechtliche Vorgaben – und behältst dabei Produktqualität und Lieferperformance im Blick
• Du führst regelmäßig Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppenanalysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen für unser Sortiment ab
• Du entwickelst durchdachte Preisstrategien und Kalkulationen und unterstützt den Einkauf bei Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
