About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for Performance Marketing: 5 teams, true P&L ownership
- Coaching and development of the team to drive cultural excellence
- P&L responsibility for own-brand shops and marketplace business
- Scaling results and identifying growth levers
- Analyzing, deciding on, executing, and improving marketing strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of leadership experience in performance marketing with measurable results
- Rapid decision-making informed by micro-learnings
- Hypothesis-driven working approach
- Technical and strategic ownership of the online sales & performance marketing area
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation
- Understanding of creative and performance aspects
- Strong numerical literacy and analytical skills
