About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As our People Working Student, you will help create smooth and engaging employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle.
  • From onboarding and payroll support to leading small projects and improving processes, you’ll keep our People processes running reliably while driving new ideas forward.
  • You will also have the opportunity to explore talent sourcing and work with automation and AI to help us scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in psychology, tourism, business administration, or another HR-related field.
  • You bring curiosity, structure, and strong communication skills, and you’re motivated to build a career in People & Talent regardless of your study background.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Personio, and sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • You are organized, reliable, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
  • You enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools, and you see automation and AI as opportunities to make work smarter.
  • You are a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative settings and enjoys bringing people together.
  • You’re curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow your expertise within our international People & Talent team.
  • You are comfortable writing and speaking in German and English.
