About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As our People Working Student, you will help create smooth and engaging employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle.
- From onboarding and payroll support to leading small projects and improving processes, you’ll keep our People processes running reliably while driving new ideas forward.
- You will also have the opportunity to explore talent sourcing and work with automation and AI to help us scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in psychology, tourism, business administration, or another HR-related field.
- You bring curiosity, structure, and strong communication skills, and you’re motivated to build a career in People & Talent regardless of your study background.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Personio, and sourcing platforms is a plus.
- You are organized, reliable, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
- You enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools, and you see automation and AI as opportunities to make work smarter.
- You are a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative settings and enjoys bringing people together.
- You’re curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow your expertise within our international People & Talent team.
- You are comfortable writing and speaking in German and English.
