About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As our People Working Student, you will help create smooth and engaging employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle.
From onboarding and payroll support to leading small projects and improving processes, you’ll keep our People processes running reliably while driving new ideas forward.
You will also have the opportunity to explore talent sourcing and work with automation and AI to help us scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in psychology, tourism, business administration, or another HR-related field.
You bring curiosity, structure, and strong communication skills, and you’re motivated to build a career in People & Talent regardless of your study background.
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Personio, and sourcing platforms is a plus.
You are organized, reliable, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
You enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools, and you see automation and AI as opportunities to make work smarter.
You are a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative settings and enjoys bringing people together.
You’re curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow your expertise within our international People & Talent team.
You are comfortable writing and speaking in German and English.
