• From handling account requests and updating master data to addressing compliance issues, you'll engage in a diverse array of activities that keep our operations running smoothly every day.
• Before starting any contractual partnership, we need to verify the identity of the other party. This involves a thorough review before opening an account to ensure we know who we're doing business with.
• Quality Assurance is a vital part of our daily routine to maintain high standards.

• Manage and develop relationships with partners from onboarding to launch and beyond; act as main point of contact and coordinate changes.
• Serve as first line of defence for outsourced activities; work closely with Risk, Compliance and Outsourcing to ensure smooth onboarding and regulatory standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage and Operations to improve product and services and enhance product-market fit.
• Qualify, calculate and validate business cases to support partner product expansion and steer related processes.
• Build and design processes, framework and standards for the Partner Management function.
• Report directly to VP Brokerage and partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Legal and Outsourcing.
• Embrace strong writing culture and proactively share knowledge and partner insights.

Partner Manager

Compliance

• Together with the Head of Compliance, you’ll be the key point of contact for the business and all departments on regulatory and compliance matters across the company.
• Build and evolve our MaRisk-compliant Compliance Management System, shaping the compliance framework at lemon.markets.
• Conduct compliance risk analyses, run monitoring and testing, and ensure timely remediation and clear, audit-ready documentation.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and processes in line with German and European regulations (MaRisk, MaComp, WpIG, MiFID II).
• Track regulatory updates (e.g. BaFin, ESMA, EBA) and translate them into actionable internal processes, communication, and training.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to embed compliance into products and processes from day one, and act as a regulatory sparring partner across the business.
• Use technology and automation to enhance monitoring, streamline documentation, and identify emerging risks.
