• As our People Working Student, you will help create smooth and engaging employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle.
• From onboarding and payroll support to leading small projects and improving processes, you’ll keep our People processes running reliably while driving new ideas forward.
• You will also have the opportunity to explore talent sourcing and work with automation and AI to help us scale.

Working Student – People

• Own the People & Talent function end-to-end, lead the team, and continue to strengthen existing foundations across talent acquisition, compensation, performance, feedback, career development, and people policies
• Embed and scale the processes, standards, and initiatives already in place, ensuring they are consistently lived in the day-to-day reality of lemon.markets
• Build and evolve our leadership setup, including Leadership Principles, Leadership Development, and other leadership-related frameworks and processes
• Act as a strategic partner to our CEO and leadership team on people, leadership, and organizational effectiveness topics
• Moderate key leadership forums, especially the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Board, driving strong preparation, focus, follow-through, and accountability
• Own important company-wide rituals and cadences such as All Hands, planning cycles, offsites, and other leadership ceremonies
• Strengthen the collaboration and culture bridge between lemon.markets and dwpbank, improving how both our organizations work together in practice

VP People

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Review key *WPHG* topics such as best execution, inducements, appropriateness, product governance, customer classification, conflicts of interest, market abuse, safeguarding of customer assets, and complaint-related processes, ensuring that the existing framework is applied correctly and further developed where needed.
• Monitor first-line implementation and controls across customer order handling, partner activities, tied-agent setups, and customer-facing journeys, including marketing materials, app flows, and disclosures, to ensure customers are clearly informed and not inappropriately steered.
• Advise Product, Engineering, and Operations in the Investing and Customer Lifecycle domains on new features, financial instruments, customer types, and process changes so that regulatory requirements are considered early and product development can proceed in a compliant way.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Management and relevant internal teams to assess whether partner-operated materials and processes under our license meet our standards and regulatory obligations.
• Prepare and further develop *WPHG* compliance reporting for management, including regular assessments of business development, customer and transaction volumes, incidents, and potential deviations from internal or regulatory requirements.

Senior Investment Compliance Manager

Operations

• Execute recurring market operations and trading-related processes ensuring reliable daily operations.
• Monitor core controls like best execution oversight and regulatory reporting.
• Investigate operational exceptions and resolve issues quickly to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for scalable workflows and less manual effort.
• Support reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution across systems and counterparties.
• Improve documentation, process visibility, and operational discipline across workflows.

Market Operations Specialist

Financial Crime

• Oversee end-to-end KYC processes for B2B clients together with internal stakeholders and partner KYC teams.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate clients by reviewing legal entity structures, UBOs, source of funds, and corporate documentation.
• Assess client risk profiles in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, KYC documentation, and risk assessments across internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Lifecycle Domain, AFC Operations, Customer Service, 2LoD Compliance, and external partners to resolve KYC-related issues.
• Improve KYC workflows, work instructions, and reporting together with cross-functional teams.
