• Oversee end-to-end KYC processes for B2B clients together with internal stakeholders and partner KYC teams.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate clients by reviewing legal entity structures, UBOs, source of funds, and corporate documentation.
• Assess client risk profiles in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records, KYC documentation, and risk assessments across internal systems.

Banking Operations Specialist

General Counsel

• Own the contract work. The majority of your time will be spent drafting contracts from scratch.
• Review and negotiate agreements received from partners, clients and counterparties.

• You ensure onboarding, changes, and offboarding are executed end-to-end with high quality, clear communication, and audit-ready documentation in a regulated environment.
• You are the owner of our People Operations workflows and data in Personio, with a strong GDPR-first mindset.
• You will spend most of your time keeping day-to-day People Operations running smoothly and improving the engine through automation, standardisation, and documentation.

• Shape and drive forward our Enterprise product by identifying, evaluating and prioritising customer needs through a deep understanding of the market, our organisational context, our existing capabilities and the new capabilities we need.
