Key responsibilities & impact

Execute daily payment runs.
Keep payment routing correct end-to-end.
Resolve payment exceptions.
Run daily bank reconciliations.
Ensure ledger-accurate double-entry postings.
Improve processes and controls.
Partner with Product/Engineering on tooling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in Banking Ops, Payments Ops, Finance/Accounting Ops, Treasury Ops, or similar, ideally within a regulated environment.
Payments execution experience: you’ve run payment operations end-to-end, including exception handling (rejects/returns/failed payments).
Reconciliation and investigation skills: you are hands-on when it comes to daily reconciliations and structured break analysis.
Strong accounting and ledger foundation.
High accuracy and audit-ready documentation.
End-to-end flow understanding.
Ownership and collaboration mindset.
Nice to have — leadership/mentoring experience: you’ve mentored or coached Banking Ops colleagues.
