Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

You bring hands-on experience from market operations, brokerage operations, or a similar environment.
You have broad knowledge of financial instruments, market infrastructure, and operational realities.
You are confident with reconciliations, controls, incident handling, and operational reporting in regulated environments.
You are comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, internal tools, and written documentation to manage recurring processes.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on way, focused on what is critical in dynamic situations.
You enjoy improving processes and collaborating across functions for scalable operations.
