Working Student HR – People Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and administer training sessions and onboarding days
- Contribute to conceptual initiatives in People Development
- Maintain and update the HR intranet
- Apply modern trends and technologies in HR, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled at a German university in an advanced bachelor’s program or at the beginning of a master’s program with coursework relevant to HR (e.g., business psychology)
- Ideally, initial experience in personnel development or the HR field through internships, university projects or similar
- Experience with common HR software is an advantage
- Interest and availability for longer-term collaboration (minimum 1 year)
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Independent and self-organized working style, including in a virtual environment
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
