• Support in planning and implementing internal projects and processes
• Preparation of presentations and analyses, e.g., monthly stakeholder presentations
• Reviewing, developing and creating templates for proposals, and producing reports using built-in reporting and dashboard solutions in Salesforce / Sales Cloud
• Supporting the team in day-to-day operational activities
• Conducting research and data analyses, e.g., using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Contributing to the improvement of workflows and operational efficiency
• Proactively following up and supporting the team to ensure timely completion of tasks
