Working Student HR Operations – All Genders
AdEx PartnersHR Operations Working Student supporting HR tasks and projects at AdEx Partners. Engaging in various HR administration and employee lifecycle activities in a remote setup.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the operational day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, particularly for onboarding, offboarding and contract changes (part-time arrangements, parental leave, sabbaticals, etc.)
- Maintenance of employee master data and digital personnel files in Personio
- Creation and maintenance of HR documents, templates, checklists and reports
- Maintenance and updates of the HR intranet
- Support with payroll-related processes, e.g., maintaining absence and time-tracking data
- Support for employee benefits, bonus and salary rounds, and modern HR technologies such as artificial intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled at a German university in the advanced stage of a bachelor’s program or at the beginning of a master’s program with coursework related to human resources
- Ideally, initial experience in the mentioned areas through internships, university projects or similar
- Experience working with common HR software is a plus
- Interest in and availability for a longer collaboration (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Independent and well-organized working style, including in a virtual environment
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
