About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You build the Alasco Atmosphere, turning 'we're a team' into something people feel every day, in the office, at events, and in the small rituals in between.
- You own the Alasco office in the heart of Munich and curate events big and small, creating real highlights that build trust and connection among Alascians.
- Shape the Alasco people experience: Set the tone for what it feels like to work at Alasco, day to day, at events, and everywhere in between.
- Create special moments: Plan and run company events, from Summer Fest to Winter Fest and formats we haven't invented yet, and build the small rituals that shape everyday life at Alasco.
- Keep the office running: Own the office experience end to end, from managing external suppliers to sorting out the things people rely on before they even notice them.
- Organize the Onboarding: New hires feel Alasco before their first day even starts.
- Help to shape how we grow as a team: You contribute to how we tell the Alasco story, internally and externally.
- Work together with your P&O colleagues on employee engagement initiatives, from surveys to culture rituals.
- Team up with People & Organisation: Support and collaborate as part of the team, and grow your skills along the way.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You're a natural host. Whether it's the office or an event, you love creating moments where people feel at home.
- You're an organiser at heart. You keep several things moving at once, and when you own something, it gets done.
- You have an eye for detail and design. You find creative, thoughtful solutions for events and office spaces alike.
- You're approachable and visible. Being the person the team comes to gives you energy and is your kind of day: you're inclusive, outgoing, and know how to get people excited about something.
- You handle money like it's your own. You manage the event and office budget in a cost-conscious way — getting the most out of every euro without compromising on quality.
- You're curious and open to new tools. You enjoy learning, and you use AI tools to speed up everyday work.
- You're fluent in German and English. You'll move between both daily, with the team and across the company.
