About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You design the entire life cycle of our talents of tomorrow and support our Young People throughout their entire training period.
- You coordinate and develop cross-location programs for student internships (Schülerpraktika) and support their implementation together with the local contacts.
- In coordination with your People Lead and Tribe Lead, you take on disciplinary responsibility for your defined area of responsibility.
- Together with the team, you further develop our diverse range of tasks – for example in the areas of school cooperations, internships, employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, first assignment planning and the transition-to-employment process.
- You build a strong network with internal and external partners and work closely with schools, universities, chambers of commerce (IHK), media agencies, vocational trainers and relevant committees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a completed degree in educational sciences, social pedagogy or psychology and several years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years) in HR (in particular in apprenticeship management) or in commercial or IT training and long-standing relevant professional experience (more than 6 years) in the aforementioned area or a comparable qualification.
- Successfully completed instructor aptitude examination (Ausbildereignungsprüfung, AEVO) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have business-fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
- You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Teamwork, empathy, creativity and conflict resolution skills complete your profile.
- Willingness to travel to our company locations and to employer branding events (including weekends).
