About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for the business-side development of the People & Asset domain in close partnership with the technical counterpart (DDO).
  • Structured elicitation and collaborative refinement of requirements from the business units, consolidating them into a consistent overall picture.
  • Critically questioning incoming requirements and prioritizing them based on value, effort, dependencies, and available implementation capacity.
  • Making well-founded prioritization decisions and creating transparency when conflicts arise between value, requirements, and resources.
  • Ensuring that business requirements are clearly described and optimally prepared for digital implementation.
  • Close collaboration with relevant interfaces to ensure high implementation quality and speed.
  • Early identification of cross-domain impacts — especially when changes in other domains affect commercial or HR core systems — and active management of initiatives, dependencies and priorities, including fostering systemic improvements in the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid understanding of commercial relationships and a good sense for company-wide HR-related and business processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable solutions.
  • Openness to HR systems and personnel software, and confidence navigating process-oriented system landscapes.
  • Ability to capture business requirements precisely, structure them, and critically assess them.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the willingness to make decisions and take clear positions, even when objectives conflict.
  • Confident stakeholder management with the ability to reconcile different perspectives and act effectively at the interface between business units and digital delivery.
  • Clear, decisive and solution-oriented communication combined with sufficient experience to quickly make an impact and serve as a unifying agent to consolidate topics and derive sustainable priorities.
