• Overall responsibility for the operation, personnel and development of the Seminar Houses Essentis and Lebensgut Pommritz
• Lead and coach on-site teams (Essentis approx. 10 employees, Pommritz approx. 4–5 employees) and ensure service and quality standards across reception, housekeeping, kitchen, service and technical operations
• Organize smooth seminar operations including room planning, catering, guest management and technical support
• Quality management, analysis of guest feedback and continuous optimization of processes
• Procurement and cost management including contract negotiations and budget control

• Enable people to learn independently of location.
• Support the planning, installation and maintenance of the training and administrative network at our locations in the Chemnitz region.

• Regular optimization of installations (functional, technical and visual).
