About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING SE, you represent your field with passion and foresight
In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants
In your lesson design you see yourself both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
This includes subject-related teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D
Use of a variety of teaching methods to design lessons
Preparation and development of instructional materials based on the curriculum
Conducting measurements of competency gains

Requirements

What you’ll need

A relevant commercial vocational qualification with professional experience in payroll accounting (e.g., tax clerk, payroll clerk, HR administrator)
Teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: payroll accounting with DATEV
Payroll accounting with Lexware
Fundamentals of payroll processing
Advanced payroll processing
Proof of pedagogical qualification (AEVO)
Very good command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
