Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight.
  • The primary focus is on the competency development of course participants.
  • Teach from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® for courses such as Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, or External Quality Auditor.
  • Apply a variety of teaching methods to structure your lessons.
  • Prepare and develop course-related learning materials according to the curriculum.
  • Conduct assessments to measure competency growth.
  • Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration/economics or a related field.
  • Professional experience as a Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, and/or External Quality Auditor.
  • Proof of the aforementioned certifications.
  • Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., an AEVO (trainer aptitude) certificate.
  • Experience teaching in publicly funded adult education programs.
  • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content.
  • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
