About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a senior role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python (backend, data engineering, and prototyping) or a comparable language; TypeScript and/or C# are a plus.
  • Proven practice in Clean Code, Test-Driven Development, automated testing, and code reviews.
  • Solid knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases, with hands-on experience in LLM-based applications.
  • Strong backend foundation as the primary focus, complemented by frontend fundamentals (e.g., TypeScript/React).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and consistently align solutions with tangible business value.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • German language skills at a minimum of B2 level, spoken and written.
