• Du übernimmst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess: von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme mit vorqualifizierten Interessenten über die individuelle Beratung bis hin zum Abschluss.
• Du klärst die Situation des Kunden, erkennst seinen Bedarf und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserer Planungsabteilung ein passendes Angebot.
• Du präsentierst dieses Angebot und begleitest den Kunden bis zur Auftragsunterzeichnung.
• Kaltakquise gibt es bei uns nicht. Alle Interessenten kennen die Marke bereits und kommen aktiv auf uns zu.

Vertriebsmitarbeiter, Innendienst

• Build and expand a sales network of partner medical centers/clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanet's medical genetic testing products (NIPT, Cancer Screen, etc.)
• Plan and execute product promotional activities
• Deliver training and educational programs for external partners to ensure a strong understanding of GenePlanet's products and services, particularly in gynecology, obstetrics, and oncology
• Implement and deliver on Annual Plans against defined targets and activities
• Collaborate actively with the sales and marketing teams at HQ
• Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and proactively pursue new business opportunities in the market

Junior/Senior Medical Sales Representative

• You connect science, clinical practice and people: As a Sales Representative in Gastroenterology, you build sustainable relationships with hospital contacts.
• You ensure that relevant information, services and training opportunities reach the right experts at the right time.
• You independently develop and expand your territory, deepen existing networks and implement your own clearly defined projects.
• You develop precise account plans and derive concrete stakeholder engagement activities from them.
• You initiate, design and organize target-group-appropriate training events and maintain a presence at relevant congresses.

• Deliver consultative product demos of AccessiWay, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships with stakeholders in public and private organizations.
• Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales results and optimize the pipeline.
• Use the CRM system to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily sales activities in a structured way.
• Monitor trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market to ensure well-informed advice.
• Maintain a proactive, curious approach with a willingness to grow and learn to actively contribute to the development of the sales team.
