About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and further develop our dealer network in the Vorarlberg to Innsbruck region
  • Establish new customer relationships and actively acquire new customers
  • Plan, organize and oversee ski tests and customer events
  • Conduct product presentations as well as ski and ski-boot training for retailers and partners
  • Actively contribute to marketing activities, events and trade shows
  • Monitor the market and identify new potential within the sales territory
  • Independently plan and organize the sales territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training or degree (apprenticeship with Matura, HAK, HLW, university degree or equivalent qualification)
  • Sales or sales-related experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and enjoyment in working with people
  • High willingness to travel; independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Enthusiasm for winter sports and interest in the ski industry
  • Confident skiing ability and ideally industry knowledge
  • Good MS Office skills and proficiency in English
  • Residence ideally in Tyrol or Vorarlberg
  • Driver's license (category B)
