About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and further develop our dealer network in the Vorarlberg to Innsbruck region
- Establish new customer relationships and actively acquire new customers
- Plan, organize and oversee ski tests and customer events
- Conduct product presentations as well as ski and ski-boot training for retailers and partners
- Actively contribute to marketing activities, events and trade shows
- Monitor the market and identify new potential within the sales territory
- Independently plan and organize the sales territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree (apprenticeship with Matura, HAK, HLW, university degree or equivalent qualification)
- Sales or sales-related experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and enjoyment in working with people
- High willingness to travel; independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Enthusiasm for winter sports and interest in the ski industry
- Confident skiing ability and ideally industry knowledge
- Good MS Office skills and proficiency in English
- Residence ideally in Tyrol or Vorarlberg
- Driver's license (category B)
