About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing and developing our dealer network in the Vorarlberg to Innsbruck region
  • Building new customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers
  • Planning, organizing and overseeing ski tests and customer events
  • Delivering product presentations and conducting ski and ski-boot training sessions for dealers and partners
  • Actively contributing to marketing activities, events and trade shows
  • Monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities within the sales territory
  • Independently planning and organizing the sales territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed education (apprenticeship with Matura, commercial secondary school [HAK], higher vocational school [HLW], university degree or comparable qualification)
  • Work experience in sales is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and enjoyment in working with people
  • High willingness to travel; independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Passion for winter sports and interest in the ski industry
  • Confident skiing ability and ideally industry knowledge
  • Good MS Office and English skills
  • Ideally residing in Tyrol or Vorarlberg
  • Driving licence (Class B)
