About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and developing our dealer network in the Vorarlberg to Innsbruck region
- Building new customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers
- Planning, organizing and overseeing ski tests and customer events
- Delivering product presentations and conducting ski and ski-boot training sessions for dealers and partners
- Actively contributing to marketing activities, events and trade shows
- Monitoring the market and identifying new opportunities within the sales territory
- Independently planning and organizing the sales territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed education (apprenticeship with Matura, commercial secondary school [HAK], higher vocational school [HLW], university degree or comparable qualification)
- Work experience in sales is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and enjoyment in working with people
- High willingness to travel; independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Passion for winter sports and interest in the ski industry
- Confident skiing ability and ideally industry knowledge
- Good MS Office and English skills
- Ideally residing in Tyrol or Vorarlberg
- Driving licence (Class B)
