About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets in the territory
  • Accompanying surgeries with the aim of ensuring correct use of our products through guidance
  • Establishing and expanding networks, including managing the relevant interfaces with our customers
  • Convincing product demonstrations: professional technical advice on products and equipment
  • Continuous territory analysis with respect to customer requirements, purchase-decision criteria and local market changes, taking budget planning into account
  • Close cooperation with team colleagues, Customer Care and Marketing
  • Thorough market and competitor monitoring
  • Regional and international support at congresses, workshops and training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed medical training (e.g., in medical technology or as DGKP/DGKS) or an equivalent qualification obtained through relevant professional experience
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the healthcare or medtech sector
  • Proven success in acquiring and developing customers
  • Excellent German and good English skills (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with a CRM system
  • Driver’s license (category B), residence in the region and willingness to travel approximately 80% within the specified area
