Account Executive – SaaS

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build an outbound pipeline: You proactively identify, prioritize and contact your target customers via phone, LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Leverage inbound as momentum: Approximately 40% of your pipeline is provided through our established inbound channels.
- Own full‑cycle sales: From the first touchpoint to successful closing, you independently manage the entire sales cycle.
- Scale the sales playbook: You evaluate success patterns and actively shape the structures and processes for the future sales team.
- Step into a Sales Lead role: As revenue grows, you will progressively move into a leadership position.
Requirements
What you’ll need- SaaS sales track record: Minimum 2–3 years of proven closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS (SMB / mid‑market).
- Industry bonus: Experience in real estate, PropTech, facility management or construction/maintenance is a strong plus.
- 60% hunter mentality: Strong focus on outbound.
- Thick skin & resilience: High tolerance for rejection and setbacks.
- Process architect: Structured and analytical.
- Startup DNA: High ownership and self‑direction rather than micromanagement.
- Language skills: Native‑level German (comfortable communicating at C‑level) and business‑fluent English.
