About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to lead deals independently through to closing.
- Confident with value-selling methodologies (e.g., SPICED).
- Outbound experience including cold calling.
- Accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM practices.
- Fluent German and strong English.
- Don’t worry if you don’t meet every requirement — cultural fit matters.
