• Campaign Optimization: While campaign launch will be the Account Manager’s responsibility, post launch responsibilities include monitoring reporting and utilizing metrics to optimize active campaigns with publisher clients, ensuring accountability for performance and maximizing overall results.

Insurance Producer – Account Manager

• Manage a group of boutiques through sound business management and strategic planning, turning knowledge into focused action
• Proactively seek, maintain and update knowledge on each boutique’s status, seasonal & future plans to assess full online potential and further growth opportunities
• Unlock selection from partner community through tailored commercial deals, incentives, and operational solutions
• Manage offline/online sales against product deliveries and commercial performance expectations, working closely with merchandising and the wider commercial team
• Negotiate and plan markdowns with boutiques and ensure adherence to promotional activities Review daily/weekly/monthly boutique performance and Farfetch profitability

• You'll own a book of existing accounts and grow it. You're the person clients call when something's working and they want more of it, and the person who sees what's possible before they ask.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who can sit with an engineer one hour and a CFO the next, and who measures success in production systems and expansion revenue, not meetings booked. You'll build the AI-native account workflows that let a lean team manage deep relationships at scale.
• Own a portfolio of existing client accounts and a quota for expansion revenue: identify, scope, and close follow-on engagements that deepen each relationship.
