About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently own net-new OncoEMR sales opportunities for smaller community oncology practices, managing the full cycle from initial discovery through contract execution
- Conduct discovery calls, coordinate product demos, and collaborate cross-functionally to support a smooth path to close
- Support the Director of Sales in advancing larger, more complex community oncology and multi-specialty/urology opportunities
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth by identifying and engaging new OncoEMR prospects
- Stay informed on community oncology and urology market trends and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Partner with the Director of Sales and BizOps to build and continuously improve the HC Sales Playbook
- Lead introductory discovery calls with prospective FVN partners
- Help develop and maintain internal FVN process documentation, intake materials, and vendor tracking resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, consulting, or a related client-facing role
- A B.A. or B.S. or the equivalent relevant industry experience
- Prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or a related industry
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate deal data
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deals, prospects, and priorities simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence and personability, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strategic, market-savvy approach to identifying opportunities and understanding what drives value for prospective customers and partners
- Ability to identify key decision-makers and develop sales strategies
