Data Scientist

• Work with our clinical stakeholders to apply existing AI systems to turn raw clinical data into high quality research data
• Become a subject matter expert on our data and its capabilities and collaborate closely across the team to understand data needs and provide analytical support that enhances model development and deployment.
• Work with research scientists and oncologists to validate that our team’s models can be used to generate sound scientific insights, including full dataset performance analyses
• Work closely with subject matter experts & ML researchers to define requirements for training and evaluation datasets, and maintain software pipelines for the generation of these sets.
• Provide analytic support and create custom data outputs for cross-functional teams such as our team of clinical experts.
• Interface with internal scientific & clinical stakeholders to understand what data they need to conduct high quality research.
• Work cross-functionally with software engineers to productionize, scale, and monitor our team’s models.

Security Engineer

• Work within the Security Architecture team to define and enforce organization-wide security policies and guidance
• Advocate for secure architecture across cloud infrastructure, networking, application design, and CI/CD pipelines

• Drive the design and development of innovative AI/ML solutions for pharma use cases impacting drug development and patient care
• Design and prototype advanced analytic and machine learning solutions leveraging multimodal real world data (RWD)
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing model training, performance and extracted insights, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the study teams and clients
• Lead preparations and authorship of abstracts, manuscripts and publications related to predictive modeling projects

Content Marketing Manager

• Work directly within OncoEMR to build, customize, and maintain clinical regimen content
• Build, update, and perform quality assurance (QA) on Flatiron regimen content in OncoEMR based on NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates
• Migrate and customize Flatiron regimen content for Flatiron customers as part of clinical content services
• Map Flatiron regimen content in Flatiron Assist, the oncology-specific clinical decision support platform
• Maintain up-to-date tracking and status of all regimen work
• Review project status with Clinical Oncology team management and colleagues as appropriate
• Adhere to all build and maintenance policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Proactively communicate challenges and escalate appropriately to ensure assigned projects are completed in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop safe, intuitive oncology workflows and integrate clinical content into Flatiron's technology platform
