About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, develop, and sign new partners through multiple channels
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new partner opportunities
  • Support negotiation of contracts, Schedule A terms, and related partner documentation
  • Execute GTM sales strategies and partner development campaigns
  • Accurately document and demonstrate sales efforts through CRM updates and metric-based reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in FinTech, payments, software, technology, or business development
  • Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM skills
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
