• Responsible for overachieving Quota tied to territory Renewal and Expansion goals
• Effectively manages renewal and ensures growth of all contracts in assigned territory

• Lead the development and oversee management of the multi-year strategic long-range plan – ensure alignment with company strategy, monitor progress against key metrics, and drive follow-ups to completion with critical stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews of business performance and strategic alignment – track and analyze key business and financial KPIs, uncover trends, assess business risks and opportunities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new processes and investment decision-making frameworks.

• As the Field Marketing Specialist for the DACH region, you will be the driving force behind Veeam’s presence at industry tradeshows, fairs, community events, and digital events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of Veeam's presence at major live industry tradeshows and fairs in the Central Region - from event promotion, booth management and logistics to on-site engagement and post-event analysis.

The Representative is also responsible for upselling customers to premium services and for identifying opportunities for add-on sales of Veeam products.
