About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set the vision for your UK & Ireland Enterprise Territory
  • Coordinate virtual, geographically distributed teams
  • Drive disciplined sales execution across the full Veeam portfolio
  • Accelerate growth in hybrid cloud and cloud-native environments
  • Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Challenge the status quo with bold, innovative ideas
  • Partner with Channel, Hyperscalers, and System Integrators
  • Manage a book of existing key customers in the Defense sector and Public accounts
  • Hunt and close net new logo enterprise accounts
  • Drive daily in-quarter execution and build forward pipeline
  • Develop market points of view and connect corporate objectives and technology initiatives with customers and partners
  • Set and manage territory strategy with specialist teams, Inside Sales, and Sales Development teams
  • Report to the Director of Enterprise, UK & Ireland

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Significant sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and KPIs
  • Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud organizations
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution in complex technology environments
  • Deep understanding of data resilience and cloud ecosystems
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate virtual teams
  • Permanently located in the United Kingdom; applicants outside the United Kingdom may be declined
