• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential and existing customers nationwide.

DevOps Engineer

• Own enterprise observability using Dynatrace across cloud, on-prem, ERP, WMS, eCommerce, APIs, and integrations
• Design service topology, dashboards, alerts, and health indicators that reflect business impact
• Apply SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets where appropriate) to reduce incidents and improve resilience
• Accelerate incident detection and root-cause analysis; lead post-incident reviews focused on systemic fixes
• Identify reliability, performance, and capacity risks before they impact the business

• Maintain accurate demand forecasts and continuously update forecast models based on trends, exceptions, and business insights

• Develop cross-channel marketing assets (email, digital ads, social, events, trade shows) and collaborate with creative teams to produce landing pages, videos, sell sheets, infographics, and other content.
• Partner with web and eCommerce teams to optimize HVAC category pages, improve SEO, enhance merchandising, and support HVAC-focused digital tools and educational resources.
• Monitor digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and present insights, campaign results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with category managers, sales, product, and supplier partners.

HVAC Integrated Marketing Manager

Collections

• Engage with our valued customers through phone calls and emails to evaluate orders and account status.
• Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in cash and future revenues.
• Process credit applications as assigned through daily queue.
• Process daily order review queue to determine if the potential order can be fulfilled.
• Manage rejected/returned emailed statements and invoices listing to direct them to the proper location and update customer contact information.
• Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that collect cash from revenue on a regular basis.

Credit & Collections Specialist

Pricing Analyst

• Manage and analyze pricing for assigned brands/categories, including developing, executing, and monitoring go-to-market pricing strategies.
• Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify pricing trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop and refine tools and processes to dynamically adjust pricing based on competitive, customer, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to design pricing programs that increase penetration and attract new customers.
• Monitor drivers of profitability, including cost changes, competitor shifts, tariffs, and other market forces, and proactively adjust strategy as needed.

• Partner closely with Business Process Owners, Product Owners, and domain leaders to capture real operational logic and prioritize semantic evolution
