• Maintain the highest level of support for EDI infrastructure and processes

• Partner closely with business and IT teams to maintain a stable, scalable EDI ecosystem

• Manage life cycle of service from dispatch to close, effectively communicating updates to involved parties
• Document reported issues to hand off to Technicians for troubleshooting , including parts identification
