Accounts Payable

• Provide accounts payable support to the entirety of the Accounting department
• Investigate invoices and resolve payment blocks
• Build strong relationships with vendors and work in a collaborative environment
• Investigate, and resolve payment blocks due to pricing and quantity discrepancies on PO's and/or invoices
• Utilize electronic systems for data entry, filing, and processing

• Lead the modernization of Parts Town’s digital workplace, with a focus on Microsoft 365 tenant convergence, Copilot adoption and training, and personal workflow automation

• Act as product owner for Microsoft Copilot, defining roadmap, use cases, and adoption strategies

• Develop and execute marketing efforts across all channels both digital and offline for our Institutions business unit
• End to end execution of events, both in-person and virtual, including development of presentation (PowerPoint) materials, pre- and post-event promotions, reporting/ROI and coordination of swag, booth properties, etc.
• Build and manage the digital experience for Institutions customers online and across various channels including social, email, content marketing, etc.
