Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, partnerships, private equity relations, or enterprise account management
  • Strong understanding of private equity ownership models and portfolio company structures
  • Experience working within HVAC, distribution, building products, industrial, home services, or related industries preferred
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior decision-makers
  • Experience developing and growing large strategic accounts or partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen to identify and monetize growth opportunities
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • Quality, high-speed internet connection at home
