About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Institutional GPO partners, coordinating operational activities and ensuring timely communication between external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new GPOs & major programs, facilitating cross-functional execution and ensuring all operational requirements are completed
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support strategic GPO initiatives and execute program enhancements
  • Facilitate meetings with internal teams and external GPO partners to align priorities, communicate progress, resolve operational issues, and track action items
  • Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend operational enhancements that improve partner and member experiences
  • Coordinate reporting, account alignment, member eligibility, and program compliance while maintaining data integrity across business systems
  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Data Management, Customer Experience, and IT to support successful program execution and continuous improvement
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for GPO program operations and partner requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing programs, projects, or strategic business initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive projects to successful completion
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports and leveraging data to support business decisions
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Access, or similar reporting tools preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating collaboration, and influencing without direct authority
  • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
