About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek out new ones
  • Place a high volume of outbound calls to service company customers
  • Accountable for achieving daily metrics related to dials, talk time, and logging tasks into CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Sell Parts Town solutions and drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline
  • Conduct account research and develop an understanding of business issues
  • Partner with Customer Experience team members to grow relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, customer development or account management experience
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact
  • Proactive and resilient
  • Fantastic communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Bonus points if you are an Excel whiz and/or are familiar with Salesforce!
