About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including ERP, CRM, integration, supply chain, procurement, and customer-facing platforms
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
Establish delivery governance, project standards, and release management processes
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and external partners
Own application lifecycle management for critical enterprise systems
Drive system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure application performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements are met
Oversee enterprise integration solutions including APIs, EDI, middleware, and cloud integration platforms
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into technology solutions
Establish KPIs and service metrics for enterprise application delivery and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience supporting and delivering enterprise applications
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or application delivery teams
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
Strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies, APIs, EDI, and middleware platforms
Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and third-party technology partners
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
