About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program.
Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward.
Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner.
Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures to ensure appropriate staffing and the success of future innovation projects.
Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

You have a solid ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
You are comfortable with computers, various software systems, and technology infrastructure (MS Office, Salesforce, Bloomfire, Calabrio, API)
You have experience building strong relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
You have experience managing projects and can proactively communicate status to key team members throughout the entirety of a project
You pay close attention to detail (as far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing should be done the right way!)
You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home.
