About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program.
- Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward.
- Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner.
- Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures to ensure appropriate staffing and the success of future innovation projects.
- Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are an enterprise thinker who understands end-to-end processes and how decisions ripple across the broader organization

- You are a self-starter with attention to detail and organizational skills
- You have a solid ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- You are comfortable with computers, various software systems, and technology infrastructure (MS Office, Salesforce, Bloomfire, Calabrio, API)
- You have experience building strong relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
- You have experience managing projects and can proactively communicate status to key team members throughout the entirety of a project
- You pay close attention to detail (as far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing should be done the right way!)
- You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
- You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home.
