About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady flow of emails, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Process customer requests including order entry and status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc.
  • Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role
  • Stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Quality, high speed internet connection at home
  • Positive, outgoing, team spirited personality
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
  • Flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed
