About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns
Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady flow of emails, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
Process customer requests including order entry and status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc.
Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role
Stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
Ability to handle a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office
Quality, high speed internet connection at home
Positive, outgoing, team spirited personality
Proficient in English (both written and verbal); bilingual is a plus
Flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed
