• Lead and deliver end-to-end global production campaigns, with a focus on core creative asset development, bespoke build development, multi-market adaptation, and localisation.
• Handle briefs at various stages of production without dropping the ball. These will generally be larger programmes of work at a time with some smaller ones in between.
• Act as a primary, day-to-day point of contact for the client, managing expectations and responding swiftly to fast-moving requests.
• Efficiently translate client requirements into actionable briefs, routing critical information seamlessly to internal production teams through our workflow systems.
• Guarantee on-time delivery as well as enforcing QA standards so all work goes out the door error-free.

• Act as the US Regional Lead for a key account, cultivating deep-rooted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Partner closely with an adjacent US Account Director and collaborate seamlessly with different capability and regional team leads across Mexico, the US, and EMEA.
