About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and improve retail media campaigns, inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
- Plan, activate and optimise paid campaigns across European markets.
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
- Support the creation of professional client-facing reports, highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
- Work with clients through written, phone, and face-to-face communication.
- Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 2 years of experience working in retail media or e-commerce paid advertising.
- Knowledge of sponsored ads or display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads or DSP).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting.
- Skilled at creating structured, clear, client-oriented presentations.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
- You're great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
