About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create impact within our team and capability.
  • Work on one of our fastest growing accounts focusing on entertainment social brand and title editorial work.
  • Be one of three project leads, working with Client Management, Social Content Managers, and our Production team.
  • Manage the briefing process, timelines, production workflows, and delivery for digital assets.
  • Be committed to fostering professional growth with development and progression opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, monitor scope changes, keep track of client Purchase Orders, and manage invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects.
  • Your in-person attendance at the client offices once per week is mandatory.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of two years working at a creative agency in a production or project management role
  • Experience working with a social media focused and/or entertainment client
  • Proficiency with project management software tools and G Suite; knowledge of Mac Suite a plus
  • Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners.
  • Client-centric - You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
