About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Determine what agentic delivery work should be automated, assisted, or remain human
Build agentic delivery solutions hands-on across tool APIs, MCP servers, AI harnesses, and agentic operating systems
Drive adoption of agentic workflows across the Jellyfish practice
Prepare enterprise brands for agents that research, compare, and transact for customers
Establish technical foundations including agent access and machine-readable commerce
Help client teams adopt agentic ways of working
Present and advocate for change at senior client level
Define enterprise technical search standards across audits, migrations, roadmaps, and reporting
Set quality and review standards for agentic and client-facing deliverables
Develop technical approaches for brand retrieval, citation, and AI representation
Lead entity, knowledge graph, and machine access strategies
Assess infrastructure architecture, edge configuration, and crawler access
Evaluate retrieval and citation behaviour across frontier model engines
Measure agentic delivery capacity, throughput, and quality
Build measurement frameworks connecting technical and AI visibility work to commercial outcomes
Design testing that produces evidence rather than opinion
Report honestly, including retiring ineffective automations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of SEO experience with deep enterprise experience across the full delivery cycle
Experience delivering technical audits, migrations, roadmaps, briefing, and reporting to client standard
Technical depth across large, complex estates
Experience building and implementing agentic or AI-assisted workflows that replaced manual work and were adopted
Working knowledge of Python and APIs
Practical GEO capability treated as a technical discipline
Ability to change how experienced teams and clients work
Credibility with senior client stakeholders and ability to make the case for change
Thorough experience designing and defending reporting and measurement frameworks
Ability to prove automated output against human output
Exposure to leading enterprise SEO and visibility toolsets
Comfort with autonomy and pace
Agency or other multi-client experience (desirable)
Enterprise-scale retail or ecommerce experience (desirable)
Exposure to AI visibility and generative search measurement tooling (desirable)
Working knowledge of agentic commerce standards and product discovery (desirable)
Resume must be submitted in English
Legal right to work and remain in the country and location in which the role is advertised
Comfortable working in English on a daily basis
