About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Client Partner is a strategic business consultant and relationship leader responsible for driving the growth, transformation, and profitability of our most valuable client accounts.
- Instead of managing day-to-day operations, this role requires a visionary leader with a background in Strategy & Planning who can deeply immerse themselves in the client’s business model, industry landscape, competition, and target audiences.
- By translating strategic insights into high-impact business solutions, the Client Partner acts as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, steering cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class content, media, and technology solutions.
- On the commercial front, you will work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director and the Project Director to establish the core strategic and operational premises that govern our commercial proposals, ensuring our pitches and renewals are both disruptive and highly profitable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in an agency environment
- Collaborative and confident approach to digital marketing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with experience building long-term business relationships.
- Knowledge of processes and production for integrated campaigns including Websites, Online Media, and Social.
- Experience ensuring our retention of clientele and facilitating further growth with large accounts.
- Experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
- Experience with budgeting and progress reports.
- Understanding of various communication research approaches.
