  • Implement structured workflows and process efficiencies, leading improvements to best practices within Integrated Production.
  • Problem-solve in real time, responding to production challenges with agility, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted production partner to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Support and manage client escalations and scope discussions, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise in asset transcreation across digital, film, print, and retail channels.
  • Strong ability to plan, scope, and execute complex projects across multiple markets.
  • Ability to manage large-scale project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost reconciliation.
  • Skilled at managing senior-level client interactions, ensuring alignment and strategic project oversight.
  • Capable of handling high-stakes production challenges with agility and confidence.
  • Drives continuous improvement in workflows, production efficiency, and internal processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Able to develop, support, and guide junior producers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
