Account Manager

• Assist in the management of the program to meet requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Docs and Contract
• Support Program Managers and Account Executives with special client requests, events, and orders
• Own, or coordinate with shared services teams, assignments and follow through of tasks:
• Engaging the Copy Writer
• Web tickets
• Customer Master docs completion and submission to AR
• Creating web templates
• Running and formatting standard reports
• Basic proofing/reviewing of online store
• Pricing checks for ERP match on online store
• Working with Merchandising Team to track inventory availability for new launch or refresh
• Create DOI specifics for review by Program Account Manager, and basic DOI testing
• Assist with customer service if needed
• Assist Program Manager with preparing content for internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Program Account Coordinator

• Achieve each client's marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions
• Owner of the client experience
• Revenue accountability for a portfolio of accounts; meet targeted revenue growth and margin
• Expand existing account revenue by introducing HALO's unrivaled set of capabilities
• Manage a portfolio of projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities
• Produce creative and accurate quotes and presentations using innovative product ideas
• Utilize vendor relationship and internal resources for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needs
• Onboard new clients to HALO ways of working: ordering, approvals, quality, production, and more
• Model HALO values of Ingenuity, Inclusion, and Determination while working collaboratively as one, national team
• Manage client expectations through effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to winning new client accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs
• Generate reports to track open orders and billing progress
• Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients
• Develop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers
• Coordinate ordering and return of samples for client presentations
• Enter sales orders

Account Manager, Branded Merchandise Solutions

• Supervise and support Technology Trainers, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback
• Prioritize and manage team workload across ongoing training, and system updates
• Ensure consistency in training standards, documentation, and communication
• Serve as escalation point for training-related questions and support
• Plan and facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed
• Oversee development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and user experience
• Coordinate training efforts related to system updates and enhancements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand upcoming changes and prepare training plans
• Support adoption efforts for new tools and process improvements

Supervisor, Technology Training and Sales Enablement

• Coordinate cross-functional resources for complex, high-value client relationships
• Support sellers in strategic account planning, expansion, and growth initiatives
• Provide executive-level escalation support when needed
• Monitor portfolio concentration, revenue exposure, and seller performance indicators
• Identify vulnerable accounts and lead proactive contingency planning

• Conduct regular coaching sessions, including pipeline reviews and opportunity development.
• Build individualized growth plans tailored to each seller’s capabilities and goals.
• Provide hands-on support for stalled opportunities, account challenges, and skill gaps.
• Drive adoption of HALO’s Seller Platform tools, services, and operating model.
• Lead structured enablement paths focused on product knowledge, selling fundamentals, and execution readiness.
• Reinforce platform value through measurable business outcomes and seller success stories.
• Define, communicate, and manage clear graduation criteria into the $500K–$2M cohort.
• Identify high-potential sellers and accelerate their development through targeted coaching and support.
• Monitor performance trends, capability progression, and overall breakout probability.
• Partner with recruiting to support the onboarding of new independent sellers into the Emerging Sellers cohort.
• Ensure early platform adoption, revenue traction, and foundational skill building.

Regional Vice President, Emerging Sellers

• Contribute to annual revenue goals through proactive account management and opportunity identification
• Protect and model margins through structured pricing sheets and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing to optimize landed cost, freight strategy, and vendor selection
• Monitor margin risks throughout the order lifecycle
• Manage overseas production timelines and supplier communications
• Evaluate air vs. ocean freight decisions
• Anticipate production, freight and approval delays
• Navigate MOQ strategy and production sequencing
