Own commercial contracts end-to-end
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage the full range of commercial agreements
Develop and refine playbooks, templates, and standard positions
Support small acquisitions alongside the General Counsel

Serve as a client-facing representative of the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. from an accredited law school
active license to practice law, in good standing
Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Exposure to M&A or other corporate transactional work
Demonstrated ability to use AI and technology tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High integrity, strong ownership, and a service-oriented approach
