IT Support

• Audits invoices against service records, contractual terms, and rates for accuracy (requires contract interpretation)
• Breaks down charges per coding system
• Escalates any potential financial risks to appropriate management

• Go through all of the onboarding paperwork and get all necessary pages signed by caregiver.
• Ensure all caregiver information is entered into AxisCare accurately and timely and that all necessary documents are scanned and saved online.
• Follow up on unconfirmed shifts to make sure the caregiver is aware and able to work
• Call, text, and email caregivers to fill shifts as needed

• Provide expertise with all facets of the Employee Navigator platform, as well as any other alternate technology platforms
• Implement and maintain standard internal processes for data collection templates and client-specific benefit rules
