Production Artist
Delegate CXHome-Based Production Artist providing graphic support to a BPO company in the promotional products industry. Responsible for designing, vectorizing, and producing presentation decks.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing support to partner through day-to-day graphic support
- Designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from initial concept through to final delivery
- Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
- Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof
- Sending proof to customers for review and approval
- Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays
- Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions
- Assessing project specifics and creating final products that adhere to those requirements
- Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign
- Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs
