About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Providing support to partner through day-to-day graphic support
Designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from initial concept through to final delivery
Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof
Sending proof to customers for review and approval
Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays
Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions
Assessing project specifics and creating final products that adhere to those requirements
Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign
Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs
