• Support the administration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities of HRIS platform.

HRIS Data Analyst

Executive Assistant

• Organizing and managing the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and events
• Scheduling, preparing for, and attending meetings, including creating and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Booking and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
• Managing, organizing, and maintaining important documents, files, and records

Human Resources

• Call / text staff member one-by-one to ascertain schedule availability and try to get the caregiver to accept an assignment to as many open, unfilled shifts as possible
• Aim to complete the schedule by close of business on Wednesdays for the following 2 full weeks
• Ensure that client shifts are filled with caregivers who have matching attributes (i.e. willing to work with dogs in the home, willing to work with a client who smokes, etc.)
• Process pre-shift electronic Covid health screening to ensure caregivers are fit to work
• Collect updated caregivers documents as they expire (CPR certification, CNA license, etc.)
• Build rapport with all caregivers to encourage work assignments
• Participate in conducting staff surveys and other ad-hoc requests from time to time

HR Associate/Scheduler

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist in data gathering, development and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts
• Support near- and long-term P&L forecast
• Assist in the preparation and processing of cost center managers' monthly budget to actual review reports
• Assist in the consolidation of feedback from the cost center managers
• Assist in the preparation of management reports related to monthly variance report and other components of the monthly financial package

• Oversee Creative Project Manager’s inbox for assigned clients; respond to inquiries, execute requested tasks, and provide timely answers
• Own basic to intermediate client communication
• Work collaboratively with the Creative Project Management team to execute ad hoc administrative projects, including project resolution, vendor communication, rush jobs, etc.
